Delivery Open
We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours. We have worked closely with our carriers and they have reassured us that its business as usual with all parcel orders being delivered within 3-5 working days, however we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays from third party operators.
Dispatch
All orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment. All products are manufactured by us and stock quantities are monitored closely to ensure adequate volumes to meet all orders and ship within 24 hours. However in the unlikely event, due to unforeseen circumstances, stock is insufficient to meet your order within the 24 hour shipment target VivaGreen Dispatch Office will be in contact to inform you of expected delivery date.
Delivery
MossOff Chemical-Free
All MossOff Chemical-Free orders are shipped by courier and we aim to have these delivered within 2-3 days, however it can take up to 7 working days to deliver depending on your location.(Saturday & Sunday are not included as working days).
NOTE: MossOff Chemical-Free is available in Ireland, UK and Europe. We hope to service the US in the near future.
All Parcel Orders
All parcel orders (above the surcharge) are shipped by courier and we aim to have these delivered within 2-3 days, however it can take up to 7 working days to deliver depending on your location.(Saturday & Sunday are not included as working days).
NOTE: Courier delivery service will require a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please state under special delivery instructions when ordering an alternative address to which the package can be delivered. Also, be sure to include your daytime telephone number, preferably a cell number, with all orders.
The courier company will attempt delivery twice only, so please be sure to give us a delivery address where somebody can sign for it during daytime hours. This can be home, work or a neighbour. A third attempt to deliver will result in a further delivery charge by the courier company and may result in your order being returned to us.
Pack Orders
All pack orders (below the shipping surcharge of £20, €20 or $30) are shipped by mail and should be with you within 3-5 working days.
