All prices stated on the website include Shipping, Duty and Taxes/VAT. However, there is a surcharge applied for orders under a particular value. These surcharges are as follows:

All orders delivered to USA, Canada and non-EU countries are exempt from sales tax. All orders delivered to Ireland, United Kingdom and European Union are inclusive of VAT at 23%. All prices are subject to change.
All payments are made using Stripe encryption security. When you view pages which handle personal information you are doing so on our secure servers. Your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of your personal information. The same is true throughout the card payment process. This encryption method is the most commonly used by e-commerce and provides the highest level of security. The server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.
Order Confirmation & Invoice
Upon order placement and payment, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and expected shipment and delivery lead-time along with an invoice showing clearly all the charges for your accounting purposes.
All orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment. All products are manufactured by us and stock quantities are monitored closely to ensure adequate volumes to meet all orders and ship within 24 hours. However in the unlikely event, due to unforeseen circumstances, stock is insufficient to meet your order within the 24 hour shipment target VivaGreen Dispatch Office will be in contact to inform you of expected delivery date.
All pack orders are shipped by mail and take up to 12 working days to deliver (Saturday & Sunday are not included as working days).
All parcel orders are shipped by courier and we aim to have these delivered within 2-3 days, however it can take up to 7 working days to deliver depending on your location.(Saturday & Sunday are not included as working days).
NOTE: Courier delivery service will require a signature, so if you expect to be out when the delivery is due, please state under special delivery instructions when ordering an alternative address to which the package can be delivered. Also, be sure to include your daytime telephone number, preferably a cell number, with all orders.
The courier company will attempt delivery twice only, so please be sure to give us a delivery address where somebody can sign for it during daytime hours. This can be home, work or a neighbour. A third attempt to deliver will result in a further delivery charge by the courier company and may result in your order being returned to us.
We collect only basic personal details required to process your order. We will not divulge any information we receive from customers to anyone. We will not rent, sell or give your name, email or credit card information or purchase history to any other company, agency or individual. We DO NOT save any of your payment details for security reasons.
Although every care is taken in preparing and packing your order, it may happen that parts are damaged or even lost in the post. Damage must be reported to us immediately and the original packaging kept. Discrepancies (i.e. shortages and incorrect parts) must be reported to VivaGreen within 24 hours of receipt. Orders can often take up to 12 working days to deliver but must be reported missing if not received within 30 days from the date of order using our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
VivaGreen will accept all returns within 14 days of your receipt of the parts without penalty. Return carriage and insurance cost is your responsibility. This does not infringe your statutory rights. After 14 days we reserve the right to impose a re-stocking charge of 25% of the total value of the goods for non-defective parts. We will refuse any returns made after 2 months of the order date. Please contact us by email email@example.com to arrange return of goods. All returns must be authorised beforehand and must be accompanied by the original invoice and a copy of any e-mail correspondence. Returned parts must be in their original condition (i.e. unused).
